I purchased ICICI Lombard complete health insurance plan for my family. The online process was fast, but I was surprised when I received the policy documents.
The policy documents mentioned loading charges of 200%, while initially I was informed that they are not applicable. While communicating with the customer care executives, I was told about few more things, which were not mentioned in the documents.
From the whole incident I concluded that they sent me the wrong documents, and also the customer care executive were either not properly informed or making a fool of me.
I therefore, canceled my policy.
