Very bad experience with the ICICI Lombard helath insurance. We were covid + in the month of July 2021. My wife was got adimitted in the hospital for treatment. I had sent the claim documents for reimbersment to icici bank Lombard Helath insurance H.O on 18/9/2021. After completion of 1 month I put email to get update . It’s alamost 3 months I am getting reply it is under process and for reverification. When I get connected with them I am getting response it will get resolve in 2-3 days, they are making full to me. It’s very bad experience with them . I will suggest don’t take policy from ICICI Lombard.
