I had taken ICICI lombard travel insurance prior to my proposed visit to Malaysia last August. But, due to heavy floods in Kerala, the airlines cancelled the flights forcing me to abandon my travel plans. While the flight tickets expenses were reimbursed by the airline company, other loss were got covered by ICICI Lombard, that too in timely and professional manner.
