Never ever go for icici prudential pension plan policy by mistake i went for this (due to idiot advisor), advisor told me that i need to pay premium minimum for 3 years later it will continue another 12 years i mean for 15 years! So I can expect good returns, later i came to know that he is trying to sell the policy. Know that advisor (idiot) is also not with icici…
Another interesting thing is there website won’t work for whole year. It work’s only on Jan to March to collect a payment. If I try to updated my contact details it won’t get updated. I need to make a call to customer care to get this things updated. One more interesting thing i noticed this year is i have tried to make a payment online but know its showing some unknown police numbers and name! When i complained the same with customer care they ask me to send a screen shot of the page, they think customer have enough time and money to do all these things.
Guys, I suggest better you go for LIC/ NSE don’t go for icici life time super pension fund. I have attached the online payment screen shot please check its displaying somebody’s name in online payment. Really hats off to ICICI making a such wonderful online facility.
So be aware from ICICI prudential.
