Too many crooked things crammed into fine print that you never read. And they know you never read the fine print before you sign it.
Customer Service Agents deliberately hang up.
You can never resolve anything in the fist call.
Their email responses are very vague and confusing. This is done on purpose to delaycertain type of transactions from happening.
They keep changing authentication process for electronic transactions. Some day you need GRID or other day you need digits on the front side of the card.
And their call center agents keep on calling you all the time - with no respect for your privacy. Even after kindly telling them to remove your name from their list, some other agent will call next day and will say that they do not know about your request to remove your name from their list.
