I bought ICICI Pru Life time classic policy from New BEL road ICICI Branch Bangalore as agent suggested this policy. Now it is 1 year and policy net gain is -25%(Negative). Means I lost 20k for 50K premium yearly. When I call agent who suggested this policy from New BEL road ICICI Branch she is not even responding. I visited the branch today. now new agent says she moved to Sanjaynagar branch and for any further queries please visit ICICI prulife Malleswaram branch . It’s pathetic experience. Please don’t believe any agents from bank OR any other. They give wrong information as they have target to achieve yearly target. After the policy there way of language changes. When you are planning any new policy. Please do self-study and compare funds return and then select accordingly. go for online policy which will remove agent charges as well. Else we end up paying agent charges for each premium we pay.
Also they enable ECS while filling the form without my knowledge. now when I visited the ICICI bank at NEW BEL road how it was enabled?. They are saying I need to visit ICICI PRU life office. I am planning to surrender this policy now.
