My father took an insurance policy from ICICI Prudential somewhere in Feb, 2014 I don’t know exactly. Whereas till date bond papers has not been issued to him. Unfortunately he was expired and when I went to ICICI Prudentails branch office at Lal-Kothi Jaipur requesting them to free look the policy as bond papers were not issued, they completely said no and informed me that it was issued to you.
Whereas branch manager at Lal Kothi branch Mr. Raina told me that it was not delivered to you. I don’t how this organization is working, at first they beg before the customer for the insurance and when customer pays them for insurance then they will never took back towards the Customer. Since then I am trying and fighting for return of my money but no action has been taken by them so far, Therefore Please Please don’t ever buy any insurance policy from the ICICI Prudential.
