I have purchased some plan from ICICI prudential Life Insurance advisor 10 years before in which I got a good returns in Ulip Plans. I also recommend some of plans to my relatives and friends also. "After Sales service is the part of company not the agent" this kind of attitude and motto has been introduced first time in Indian Insurance market by only this company because after LIC this is the first private Life Insurer in India(as per my knowledge) and introduced new generation flexible products and plans.
I have also read in their brochure that this company has received AAA rating from Fitch in claim settlement which really ashamed our traditional Insurer. Pension Plans are found to be good in comparision with other companies. Premium rates are not found to be cheaper when I compared with premium for Term Plans of Birla Sun Life Insurance.
In training of staff lot of channel to serve customer are found to be running, In training Max life is good.
