ICICI Prulife is a Monster

I have surrendered by ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Policy 4 months back but there was so much atrociously complex communication between ICICI Bank and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance that I have not received my money yet. I have followed up with each entity numerous(forgot the numbers now) to get it resolved but till now no resolution or a courtesy call for any reason the resolution is getting delayed. All my hard earned money I put in the policy for last 5 years had to surrender due to pandemic but these guys are killing me more than the pandemic could. What an Irony! For F#A sake get it resolved and return my money. The last communication was to [headservicequality-icicibank.com, sru-iciciprulife.com, senior.management-iciciprulife.com, senior.management-icicibank.com, chenchanaboina.gurusekhar-icicibank.com(level 1 manager), hemant.bhovi-icicibank.com(level 1 contact)] on 07-Oct-2020 and guess what 3 weeks no response. Shame on you guys for doing business like this and financially harassing customers who have been with you for more than 15 years. It is frustrating, disgusting, annoying and unethical the way you are doing business. Whilst trying to contact the branch none of the numbers(08041204118, 08042350350 as received from customer care over the phone)worked or received any response, total useless.
