Agents are cheaters.they will tell you something and you will get something else.the agent told me that I can get my maturity amount at the completion of 7 years but policy says that it is possible only after 10 yrs.I was told that insurance cover is not mandatory and can be waived off later.The customer care tells me that it is not so.
Moreover, When I saw the policy today, I was surprised to see that at places the agent has signed himself on my behalf.surprised, bewildered.
