Worst company to deal with. Deposited money for the policy in ICICI bank, following up for last one month with Prudential.They are unable to trace the money.All transaction details are given to them. Their call center guys daily call me and threaten that my policy will lapse.
I have already deposited the premium, gave them details of deposit, transaction IDs etc.Still they are unable to trace the money.They don’t respond to mails, call center guys disconnect the calls.Don’t know where to go, it is more than one and half lacs.be careful of ICICI bank branch managers too.they keep an eye on your money and sell these policies of ICICI Prudential.when you ask them for customer service .they ask you to call Prudential guys.who’re not interested to solve your problems because commission was earned by bank manager of the bank.Worst bank, worst insurance company.
