Never buy that I protect plan of this company.i am still suffering for that even after payment of Rs. 4169 for a small sum assured of Rs 20 lakhs.
My application no. generated in the system was OL00053517 but in spite of so many calls and mails they haven’t yet issued the policy bond or any confirmation though the payment already been made.
Thank God I took sum assured of less.Please provide me the mail id’s of ICICI’s top executives as mentioned above.Now those Customer Care Executives are telling that they are investigating into the matter but I don’t think so.I think of all the Pvt Insurance co. ICICI Pru is the most untrustworthy.
One of my relatives also faced the same kind of problem when due to untimely death of the policy holder, they haven’t yet got the settlement amount. They are so harassed that they have given up hope.
Is this insurance or sheer cheating through our hard-earned money.Never take ICICI Pru any plan.
