It all began with a false commitment given by one of the agents to me. when I found out about that, and raised stink with the bank, with a sequence of emails, they did not even bother to acknowledge my email from Jan 09 till Sep 09. Customer commitment, this is called!
Finally, one lower rung member did acknowledge, but that too after I had to threaten them to report to IRDA. Jesus, after all the farce and facade they put up for the next few months, I thought that my problem will be resolved. but lo and behold, they chose to address issues that they could easily address and the rest uncomfortable, was shove underneath the carpet.
It appears that they do not understand plain English language. its high time that this bank be told that very few inches separate a kick on the back from pat on the back.
