If there was an award for the worst customer service across the industry across products, this one takes the cake. You will have a tough time dealing with their customer service every step. They just dont respond. You will only get automated emails from them saying we will get back to you. But they never do. lifeline@icicprulife.com is practically dead.
If you do not get returns on your investments, your funds are unsafe, if the Customer Service is that unresponsive, should you even bother to look at this as an investment option?
