I have taken a ICICI Prulife Healthsaver plan for my family. I was happy seeing them direct to a website of Healthactive.com. This promised to collect various Health parameters from me. Give suggestion on the Healthcheck and a lot of promises.
Once I start filling up the Health details. the website gets stuck somewhere. I thought this may be a temporary problem. Also I thought may be I did not fill all the info so it is not moving forward. After 3 months I check still it is in same situation. I checked this website on Google Chrome browser, it still has the same problem.
It seems to be unbaked product thrown at Customers. Just plain advertising & not delivering is very very Bad. Nowadays a proper Website is most basic stuff. I am not able to understand How ICICI Pru cannot even get the website right for so long.
