I opened up a ICICI Mutual Fund SIP in 2014 and told the executive that I want to invest for a long term. He registered my Mutual fund SIP for only 37 months. I only came to know about this when I got a letter from ICICI about the mutual fund after 7 months.
When I visited the ICICI Bank Sector 46 branch contact number, I was harrassed and mistreated by the Deputy Manager Gaurav Goel and front end executive Shivani. ICICI Bank employees are one of the most pathetic and absurd people in this entire world. They only spend money on advertisments but they really dont know how to treat their customers with respect. I really feel shame for ICICI bank.
God Bless them and their services. I am going to close my bank account, mutual fund and life insurance with them very soon. I was a loyal ICICI customer, but after such a behavior I really feel ashamed.
I want to warn everybody that they should deal with the ICICI bank employees at their own risk. You will be welcomed by miscommunication, fraud, foul language and bad words.
