I have been trading with ICICI for last 2 years and now I have decided to close the account. Their service is very poor. Site is very slow.
Site was down sometime (This happened to me couple of time).
Trading in BSE is not that easy...........Brokerage is high......Only limited mutual funds available. Difficult to transfer and trade on the site.
Customer support is very bad. They have some set of rules and they don’t care about anything else. They are quite flexible while opening the account. That is the only time I had good time with them. They have promised me that they will improve their customer support but it’s becoming quite bad now...There are only few people in bangalore, and they are not that helpful. If you ever submit a written application to them, it might end up in a trash-can. My address change was not processed.........
I am not happy with the bank.
