My trading account has been suspended for trading for no fault of mine. I have sent umpteen reminders for someone in ICICI Direct team to contact me for re submission of documents(which got destroyed in Mumbai floods in their warehouse), filled up the contact me form in your website, called the call centre at least 5 times but to no avail no one contacted me.
No one came from their team to complete the re submission formalities where the onus fell on ICICI and not on me.If my account in not activated within the next 48 hrs, I plan to submit an application with Consumer Court for the losses which I am suffering / will suffer on account of suspension of my trading account.
I dont know how can I connect with ICICI Direct officials to make them aware that their service is very poor and needs improvement. Go to any other online investment company but ICICI Direct.
I hope they are listening to me
