1) Highest Brokerage: yes if u wanna lose money this is the right place. Pay almost 3 times normal brokerage for F & O Transactions
2) In case you do not want to trade and if the balance is less than 5 K you will be penalised rs 750 per quarter. 15% calculated right? and with non maintenance of Minimum Quarterly balance comes ATM usage charges and cheque Book issuance charges
3) Customer Service: never heard of this animal. is it wild?
4) Motto: We are here to LOOT You. and that is our right
5) Our call centres are a bunch of stupid fellows. we do not process any request on time and it takes a fortnight for processing any request. In case it is our mistake we are not sorry for that.
