I have been trying to access my account online for the last 6 months. Have called them many times, reps just keep sending me from one to the other, each asking for same information, then enter the same info on their VR.
Their is obviously a technical problem on their system but they don’t care. This is the worst service I have seen in my more than 10 years of experience.
