I am not able to redeem my kodak emerging market fund bought through ICICI direct. the MF is close-ended and opens for redmption only on the last day of the month. But ICICI direct does not allow me to redeem it on any day including the MF redemption window.
There is also no reply from ICICI direct even after escalation to coo@icicidirect.com or just a stereo type reply like ’Try redeeming on the redeem window. how can I raise it further to banking ombudsman? or any other regulating authority? does anbody have a similar case? and got it solved? Please give me the mail id to whom I can escalate it. Anybody from ICICI listening?
