The ICICI Direct quality of service is pathetic. I enrolled for NPS through ICICI Direct. While the allocations for various investments for NPS has a default, one can always change it in ICICI Direct website.
I changed mine in Oct 2012. ICICI Direct confirmed as successfully serviced the request and charged for the same. To my HORROR I observe now that the change has never been affected.
I have been trying to contact various folks in ICICI including a visit to their branch and none of the staff have a clue on this. They are now blaming me for not pointing out their inefficiency earlier. This is not the first time, but I have found ICICI Direct service to be extremely deplorable.
