Yes that is right I have been using icicidirect for over 5 yrs now, I am so pissed by their website speed, it SUCKS the customer service is completely useless... They won’t react to u until 3-4 days ......
This site use to be useful and was forefront in spreading Web trading and online brokerage accounts, however these dayz when u can find a broker in every nook and corner of the street, these guys are completely shameless and useless
its not about hatred towards this site...they are just the worst of its kind, ...if u get any better alternative then just pick it and never ever look for this site.....
Have u ever been with any other broker...? if so then u wud never come to these guys....they are complete useless and chaos....the website takes ages to load....
icici pioneered the way of online broker but now they rank the last.... Not again never again .... I might just decide to move on to some other online broker... instead of these uselss guys...
