Not first, second and third time I have gone through the same horrible experience while using the ICICIDirects EasyMail customer service. 8 out of 10 times, when you ask any question, their reply would be "Please specify exact details".
Either the folks sitting at the easy mail dont know English or they are loafing around by sending some mail asking the customer to provide some details and enjoy for next 2 days. Recently I asked them a simple question. How do you identify whether it is BSE or NSE stock from the portfolio due to some confusion. Their response has been "Provide more details"?
I dont understand what else are they expecting out of this simple question.
