ICICI Bank sucks the blood of Consumer-

Myself Mr. Adarsh has owned the Corporate Account in South Extension Part-2(Branch Code-0396), New Delhi-110049. Yesterday i.e 10th March, 2019 at 7:42 p.m received the message that INR 47889 was debited through Amazon Pay. However, I did not done any transaction on Amazon and anywhere else. Neither I did got any OTP for that. How its possible without any bank involvement. At that moment I had immediately blocked my card and netbanking. I had also called Amazon Customer care and raised the concern. He has told me that one HP Laptop has been purchased from the card. I have lodged the formal complaint with the Cyber Cell Delhi police on 10th March, 2019 at 11:45 pm. On 11th March I have visited the South Extension, Part-2 branch. I had met and executive at Sr. Citizen Counter and told him that about the same situation. Later he requested to meet with Ms. Shivani(Counter no-6) and she ignored completely, then executive somehow managed to fill the customer dispute form and remaining docs required. Later I had visited the Deputy Branch Manager Ms. Shweta Shetty and she was so irritated over the staff and she did not listen any concern to us. She has misbehaved with us as well as own staff. She asked us to stand outside of her cabin. Such a humiliating behaviour by a senior staff which is not expected. I was in very trouble and she misbehaved so badly. She shouted on us and told me explicitly that I will never take any action that, call to customer care only. If ICICI Bank think that we are very big Bank, then please remember that you people are getting the salary because of us only. Mr. Sunil(Wealth Manager) also shouted on us and ask to leave the bank immediately. I will go to consumer court as well RBI. Will teach you a great lesson. Don’t worry. For opening the account, you people call us 100 times and when the problem occurs then you people have bullshit faces and attitude. I have to travel 25 km to visit your branch and you did not listen to us. Such a bad service provider you are. How can you approve the transaction without any OTP. This is the great question mark on you and security department. I will raise my concern to RBI also.
