I have taken a ICICIC prudential lifetime pension plan policy in 2004 and every year i was paying rs.10000. Till last year due to the poor performance of the stock market my nav was well below my payments. When i approached tiruchy branch ICICI prudential office they have told to wait for a period of one year to get a good return. And yesterday my policy reached the stage of maturity.
When approached icici officials at trichy, they have not at all agreeing for the surrender of my policy to the nav as of date. Instead they have snatched the policy and threatening me to sign for a new proposal. With a protest and i have taken the video without the information of the officials through my spy camera. I will wait for a week for the officials to release my payments. Otherwise i will expose to irdi and upload the video in social media.
Be careful all existing customers and forthcoming customers!

After posting here, I have got so many calls from iciciprulife Customer care & from local office. To my surprise, they have processed my payout within a week and credited the amount to my sbi through ecs. So, I am happy but these type of service should not be exceptional.
So, I believe that still there exists some good hearts at iciciprulife.
