Worst custmer service. These guys don’t know what they are doinf. The reps simply pass your call from one to another. When it comes to.opening a policy, these scamsters write policy with minimal info they make you run from pillar to post when it comes to honoring and paying the money. My duaughter had a policy that is matured, but her grand father who proposed the policy is no more. They dont understand the situation, but came close to ask me to bring in the dead person alive to settle the claims. No human values. Just money minded persons. I will never do any business with these scumbags, unless i turn into a scamster.
