Worst service and customer care playing with money

My wife hold account in idbi bank ltd in belapur. we tried adding funds to the paytm wallet. first the transaction was declined and money was deducted from our account we called up idbi bank customer care they bluntly said the money is with paytm.


I generated a request with paytm they replied me in in single day that money is with idbi bank.

its more then 13 days now idbi bank is holding my money and not refunding my amount. I have accounts in other bank also no one takes 13 days to give back the amount.


Worst service every as if they are gonna give me money with interest. People deal with nationalized banks.


Idbi is such a stupid bank playing with your money.
