We went to the IDBI bank to open two NRI accounts in the name of father and daughter who was two and a half years old to save money for her for her future education and marriage. They asked for different documents for 3 days and finally when we were going to walk out of the bank they made us sign blank documents after taking the money 1.5 lakhs for opening the accounts. Later they sent us an insurance policy in the name of father with child as nominee. 1 lakh had been paid into the policy. We contacted them and told them that the insurance policy was fradulent and we had never requested it. Now they are saying that I cannot cancel the policy. We found out from their Head office in Magneto Mall, Raipur that the policy was sold by Vikas Ranjan a person whom we never met and cannot identify and also that a child less than 3 yrs old cannot be insured.
Now our money of 1 lac rupees is stuck. Bank and staff and head office all are acting as one. They have been trained to work like this. Ombudsman telephone given on site is not working. This is the story of IDBI Bank at Civil Lines, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The name of the staff are assistant mAnasultanger Aviral Jhadav and mAnasultanger Raj Vardhan. Both cheaters, thugs swindlers, crooks of the lowest order. Doing wrong to the client for their commission. Now they have written to us that the policy has been terminated and no money is aishwaryasingh23able to us. I hope the bank and all its staff dies.

The insurance regulator of Govt. of India does not even acknowledge receipt of complaint. Now what to do and where to go for getting our money back.
