No customer service total chaos

We have opened the DMAT account around 10 years back and using web trade. recently our mobile number was updated to some others account . when we questioned idbi direct no response. they say that account also belongs to you and you must have updated your mobile number into said account.


it appears that they are updating mobile number with out any checking. I am suspecting some fraudulent activity in this connection. when I questioned about the identity of the person to whom our mobile number is attached, they are not able to answer. they say that they are yet to reach the said person.


No response to email sent to escalation redressal. customer service team are calling and advising to change to some other number. but they are not ready to correct the mistake. Due to tagging of our mobile number we are not able to login to our account for the past 3 weeks. Local hyderabad center is not taking any responsibility.    even they are not ready to share the forms for closing the account.   I am writing this post to alert the people from falling pray to such worst companies who are not bothered to look at customers issues. But happy to munch on the brokerages and AMCs paid by the customers.
