Every member of the administration team, but particularly the recruiters, make a genuine effort at getting to know the candidates and the different companies they work with. This allows them not only to find the best matches but also to assign candidates to the right roles, ensuring their comfort and improving the odds of great performance.
It’s true that the jobs are generally short-lived, which is something every candidate should be made aware of, but this isn’t IDC’s fault, as the environment is overall competitive and companies are constantly looking to update their technologies and their personnel.
