I’ve worked at IDC for 6 months now and I think I will stay for a long time. The management is really motivating and contact us frequently. The goals of the company are clear and there are many incentives to always do your best. The pay is solid, we get it every 2 weeks.
Although, I’m not one of their top earners because I don’t work that hard, if you perform well and work hard you will get compensated appropriately even if you are a fresher. Some of the agents working here are earning a lot of money. Anybody can earn money, because the company offers you a system that is functional and proven. Happy employee!
