This is a global company that is large enough to offer a huge variety of positions for staff. With IDC being not just one company, but owning several, it is a stronger company, and not just a new start up. Staff members are valued and treated appropriately, there are bonus opportunities, and with the size of the company and company culture, it is possible to move your career forward or even down a different path inside the company. The interview process, though, can be challenging and unusual, which can make you a bit uncomfortable in some situations. Some are very fast, in groups, in hotels, or even with recruiting through another company. But my experience has been very good, with attaining a dream position, excellent bonus options, and excellent treatment while working here. You may start out on a lower salary, but with bonus opportunities, and regular pay advancements, you rapidly will get to a market level for your position. At times, more advanced team members are paired with less advanced team members, but with mentoring they can improve and become well functioning members. My last advice would be to hire more Americans when possible.
