I am very disappointed by the service from the idea. Too much poor service from the idea. It’s very unacceptable from the idea to low class service but it’s fact that they provide too low service .
Idea 4g is just name I don’t get even 2g spped internet connection to my mobile. I talk with many time with customer care but they do not provide me mucg attention. So mean company.
Now im recommend to my friends that don’t buy idea card because its not worthy the price.
Sometimes I got connection problem too with this card. The internet will not open when I click data on.
4g LTE service is like 2g. not big difference in 2g and 4g in idea.
I personally recommend you to do not use this its not wort your money. I have very bad experience with idea 4G LTE.
