The most deceptive mobile company ever. They tell lies to customer about there 3G packs. See on there own website (https://tinyurl.com/d7yvbs3) they communicate that with recharge of Rs. 247 and 253, one gets 1 GB of data validity for one month. However, 247 gives this only for first time users. Which they mention in the tiniest of font at the bottom of the page. Now the real twister is, they have a recharge of Rs. 252 also, which gives only 500 MB, which they actually never tell. How insane is that three recharge of same approximately of same amount Rs. 247, Rs. 252(which is something like dealer demo) and Rs, 253.
Liars and most deceptive company ever. There tariff is highest in the industry and above it they mislead customer. Stay away from Idea. There customer care is also horrible most rude and unprofessional.Worst
