As per my opinion, I have used prepaid as well as postpaid number. Number started 9911* . When I call customer care, they said: we are improving and please provide location. And after that they told me we are trying our best but it didn’t work. I tried so many times but no such positive response from there. Then I tried to port my number to other network but again they call me why are you going to port this number. We are trying our best, again and again same problem. That problem is same today, may be they are trying till today. Not liked. Thanks.
