I hope you are doing well. Today I am sharing my experience with Idea Cellular. I was in Raipur and I needed a new no. So I went to Shop and asked for a sim he suggested me Idea Cellular and I got my new no. The shop keeper was said that "IT WILL TAKE 3 DAYS TO START". In 3 rd day I went to shop and asked to shop keeper "MY NO. IS NOT START YET" Then he call to customer care and finally after 6 hr network was shown in my phone and I was recharged monthly pack that was 149/- Rs and starting days network was good but after 10-12 days only 2 or 1 network was shown. And hard to use internet even I didn’t get any whatsapp message. I was really upset and I was talked with customer care and they said they would resolve this problem. Only when I was in town tower shows all but whenever I reached home and enter tower poor. Even call was disconnected I really upset and finally I went to Shop keeper and said "I WANT TO PORT MY NO. IDEA TO AIRTEL". And he proceeded and with in 4 days my no. was ported and now I fell good with this network. I really disappoint while using Idea Cellular Ltd.
