India Worst Network I have never seen, they charge extra bill, The customer support never gives complete information, The day I have started using Idea postpaid my life has become hell. Half the time goes in calling the customer and seeking information for Bill In previous month I activated 1 GB GPRS plan after completion of usage of 1 GB then after I activated 2 GB unlimited data .suddenly I got call from Idea asking me to pay 1124 rupees other wise my number will be deactivate .I wait till my bill is generate in my bill info charges of data pack e proportion they charge Rs. 624 .If I am not activated any plan they have the rights to charge but I activated GPRS Plan throughout the month.for this issue I called Customer care so many times but they not respond to my complaint.this not my first complaint I face many problems with idea regarding GPRS plan.
My suggestions is If any one wants to switch Idea post paid please don’t switch
