I have used Idea for one year now, after my girlfriend recommended it. However, we now feel, this is the worst decision taken by us. Idea is simply the most obnoxious service. They have the worst plans and their post paid service is a nuisance.
The internet pack keeps on increasing like it is someone’s Blood PRessure.
Even worse is the Customer Service. The agents who work for Idea needs to get better training in customer service and they need to start talking politely. It is okay to not spend a lot on advertisements, but to invest in good training for the agents, which will in return keep the existing customers happy.
We, thats me and my girlfriend has had more fights in our relationship because of Idea.
Anyway, I don’t like idea’s network and I am planning to get it changed to something else.
