As I have already attached the email screen shot, Today I am going to share my bad experience with idea .
Before 15 days I have raised a concern that One of representative was rude on call as well the bill was wrongly generated by idea .
I have raised a complaint to "NODAL OFFICER as well TRAI .
But I did not get any resolution, the people of idea customer service is too much pathetic,
Never or Ever use idea
Poor Service .
