While learning about number portability, I quickly changed my airtel no. to idea. But since then my bad days have started. Service is bad and unprofessional.
From GPRS to billing, and customer care , everything is unprofessional. Waiting fr 3 months to be over, I will port to vodafone this time. Support from nodal officer is also not good. Am trying to activate gprs since 25 days..but not able to..have tried everything wat they said
Finally I was out from IDEA and ported to Vodafone, My connection was ported on 13/06/11 and my last bill was generated around 1/6/11. So after porting I received a bill from IDEA for 13 days and inspite of such a bad service I paid their bill within due date. As usual the computer systems in their store were down, so they took payment and issued a stamped and signed manual receipt.
Even after making payment within due date, I continued to receive calls from IDEA for bill payment.
And the HEIGHT WAS WHEN IDEA COMPLAINT TO VODAFONE THAT I HAVE NOT PAID MY PREVIOUS BILL SO TO DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION.
I have mail scanned copies of bill and receipt to Vodafone and hoping gud....
