Hello friends! Im here sharing a very bad experience which happened with me 1 month back. I am using idea cellular network from last 6 months. It was a prepaid connection earlier.
But by last few months I faced a very bad network issues with idea and also internet speed got worst. I even complaint on customer care many times, but nothing goes change.
On 2 june 2017, I got a call from idea customer care, they discussed about some postpaid plan, and they said their postpaid connection is running very good. Also they offer me some good offer on internet. So, I got convinced easily, and told them to convert my no. to postpaid, and I follow their intructions and sent my aadhar card and photo to them.
But soon I realized that I had done some wrong decision and decided to drop the plan. I thought, I will use this no. for few more days then I go with airtel or something but not idea.
So, I called them back to not to convert my no. They have rejected my request by saying, you have earlier told this and now saying this. and all this happens on the same day. They forcely converted my no. to postpaid and blocked my prepaid one. So, I had no option rather to take that postpaid sim because I cant afford to loose my no.
And now they have sent a bill of my poatpaid. It is rs 400 extra then the original plan which they had told. I am feeling trapped and dont know what to do.
Please guys be aware of all this frauds and be protected.
