It is an indian mobile network operator whose CEO is Himanshu Kapania . Ive been using idea since 3 years and I would like to say I am a happy user of idea . It never disappoints me . It offers good coverage . You will never run out of signal . If you use internet through your sim then guys it is best . It will offer 1mbps of downloading speed anywhere in india(3g) . yes I wrote 3g . Its unbelievable right . But yes it is not so cheap . You would have to spend about 250rs in order to get a plan of 1gb data(3g) . But its ok . And yes it has excellent customer service which will help you at any time . just go for it .
