I have never found any network issues with its network, I have found idea’s network to be very reliable, I get atleast one bar of network. Also my calls have never been cut suddenly, the call quality is very good to, also the sms gets delivered instantly.
Their customer service is very responsive, after dialing their toll free number, they pick the call immediately, also they are very polite and also activate any VAS services if you request them on the call.
Their call charges are reasonable, sms packs and Internet packs are expensive. They have rate cutters upon activating which your call rates get reduced. Overall their charges and billing is OK, not very impressive.
