Hello friends today I am going to share my opinion regarding Idea mobile operator. I use Idea mobile operator from last 10 years and it is very useful.
That mobile service operator is very good and brilliant and they are very trusted. There network strength is very good even I use that mobile better in the basement it work properly. In other mobile operators we have to face many problems like call drop, network gone issues, voice clarity and billing problems but that idea mobile operator is very good because I never face that problem while I’m using this Idea mobile repair service.
Their customer care service are very good because once they charge from me what dad service that I never requested, then I call them and they stop that service and refund my money back only within 1 hours. And whenever I go to the customer care Store they always help me and give right advice. There charging and billing are always correct because I am there old user and I do not face any problem in billing. Even if them added any wrong amount in my bill then I call them and they solve my problem and regenerate my new will immediately that is pretty good. Their call rate and all other plans like internet plan, SMS plan, roaming plans are great. And they give many offers to the thrie regular customers. That is pretty good.
