The customer service is the worst. I have to call the customer care 100 times then too they don’t pick up the call. Network wise it is ok. Internet is also not that bad. Offers given by them is not up to the mark. They should do something atleast to match jio so that the existing customer should not change their sim to jio. If you are smart enough u will choose jio sim
