Idea is the worst service provider in our country in the name of India Brand(Aditya Birla).
I was using 2 Numbers 95996604XX & and 7838652528 from The gr8 Idea one already ported to Vodafone and next going to port in next month due to 3 Months issue to stay with one service provider.
The One which I ported to Vodafone I got call from customer care that your Rs240 is pending and then I tried to pay online but it was not happening due to number was not with Idea.
Then I called customer care of Idea and asked for the way to make the online payment and they provided me some dummy Idea number 9540093133 and asked to make the payment and share the transition ID and we will adjust accordingly with you ported number.

After Payment I called customer care and I faced lot of challenges with Gr8 Idea customer care agents.They are real uneducated and unprofessional team which are not aware about the system and processes.Finally I asked them to transfer my call to seniors and provided with my transition ID he too was like andho mai kana raja.
Today I got call that we are deactivating your number because your payment is pending and what a fu*ing system with no centralized platform to have the customer details whether payment is done or not.
Request everyone don’t use Idea they are real cheaters.
