I am VERY MUCH disturb because of the never ending issue with idea. I was using an idea no which was 99900 when I was using this number I was always confused with the bill details because of calls from executive regarding bill amount.
Part 1:
In the mean, I received a call from an idea executive calls me and said I need to pay(467+ 41=507) to disconnect this number, When I reach Idea franchise(O- 8 Lajpat Nagar) to pay this 507 Rs here they said I need to pay 1092 Rs to close this number. I said I received call from your side regarding 507 to full and final. They said system is showing that you have to pay 1092, and they can’t help in it. Even I make call to this executive and make my phone on speaker to verify my statement, but this franchise manager not ready to listen me after listening the truth on fone speaker. Here I was fail to believe anybody in Idea Corp. But at that time I was so much frustrated and decide to pay 1093 rs to get rid of THIS IDEA services.
They give me receipt of this amount and a Ref No(3540), and confirm me that my all dues is done from idea side. After that I received a call from idea why I don’t want to continue idea services and in last of this call they said me my no will be disconnected.
Part 2:
After that I think chapter is close, and I buy a corp plan on 15th Nov. Which is still(12 Dec)not working, whenever I make query they said your fone was switch of bala bala bala . Every time I get a new reason.
3 – 4 days before I received a call that regarding my bill for NEW no, which is still not working after 28 days. Is this is joke? The person whose sim is not working from the very first day and you are sending bills to him. I can’t believe that, a responsible company does that.
When I said this sim still not working, how you can send me bills? Then the executive tells me some dues are pending of my last no(99900 ).I was shocked after hearing this.
NOW I AM SO MUCH FRUSTATED BECAUSE OF IDEA BILLS AND SERVICES. I DONT KNOW HOW I CAN GET RID OF THIS IDEA CORP, GIVE ME SOME SOLUTION SO, NOW I CAN FEEL HOW IDEA CAN CHANGE THE LIFE.
I already squander my lots valuable time with your customer care executive, but no solution. So I am requesting you to help me in the same.
