I brought two idea sim card with dual plan. But problems only with this connection. One number is working only for internet, but the call cannot be connecting. Another one is not working, when I insert the sim in my phone, tower symbol is not showing and one dialogue box appeared on the screen that insert the sim card.
Then I complaint with idea customer care, and went to the nearest idea showroom and requested for a new sim. Executive gave me a new sim card and charged 31 Rs.but no use, the sim card was not activated. Daily I just inserting the sim card in my handset, but sim is not active. Please dont trust and never buy idea sim cards. its a very bad network really.
