I have been ideal Delhi postpaid customer since 2 years I never had any problem until recently when I switched to new combo 249 plan which has 400 min std/local, 400 SMS and 1 GB of data as free usage. but in march I just used a little more then 85 MB of data in plan which was supposed to charged @ 2p/10kb which comes to around 174, but I was astonished to see the GPRS usage charges as 1800 something,
I really don’t know how they calculated and further they activate various VAS on their own without my knowledge and charged me a hefty sum for that also. So guys it is my request be very careful about idea cellular they can do anything anytime. I had registered a complaint on 28 Feb 13 and till date 31 mar it has not been resolved.
